8static keeps things minimal. We store the country your request comes from (to localise charts) and, if you create an account, your email. That's it. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing.
Analytics
We use privacy-respecting analytics that count page views and clicks without tracking you across the web. No advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting.
Cookies
A single cookie stores your login session if you sign in. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by 8static.
Third parties
Music previews are streamed from Deezer's public API. YouTube links open on youtube.com. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave 8static.
Your rights
You can request deletion of your account and any data associated with it at any time via the contact page.
